White Chocolate Ganache (mengikuti resep untuk white chocolate raspberry ganache tanpa menambahkan selai raspberry) Directions: plain with dark ganache. Macarons Kocok putih telur memakai whisk attachment dari standing mixer sampai berbuih, lalu sedikit demi sedikit … Biarkan dingin sebelum menambahkan filling (semprotkan atau sendokkan ke atas salah satu keping macaron, lalu tumpuk dengan macaron yang lainnya).
